Simply nothing to complain about, fairly nice stay. Clean place with excellent and efficient staff. Delightful and great meals. Friendly customer care, parking on-site. By the way, parking fee - gbp 17 per day. Particularly good spot just next door to gorgeous gardens, the restaurant, and the centre👍

The location of the hotel was great, it was surrounded by beautiful walls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the pool and landscaping were beautifully integrated. I also enjoyed the carefully selected food in the restaurant and the impeccable service provided. The hotel offers a beautiful claw foot bathtub and guests are offered a beverage in a beautifully cut glass.
The room was a bit underwhelming, it only had one small window and it wasn't very accommodating for a tall person. When I asked for boiling water to make tea, they brought a pot of boiling milk but charged me 5 euros for it.

The history surrounding the property is fascinating and adds a unique charm. The room was comfortable and the gardens were beautiful, although we didn't have much time to enjoy them. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was great as it was near the old wall and offered plenty of nearby walking options. the hotel had an excellent restaurant with interesting menu choices.
There were a couple of small issues that could be improved upon. the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, as we noticed it wasn't fully cleaned after use.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique character and tranquil location of this beautiful hotel. The luxurious offerings, including carefully selected food and a stunning pool, made our stay truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a five-star experience. The former residence of Spain's former president, this hotel exudes elegance and is a hidden gem in Avila. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely choose to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel.
